• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The Company may restrict multiple accounts for the same individual in accordance with its policies.
• Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

• Completion of KYC is mandatory to access eligible services on the App.
• Users must submit valid and clear KYC documents, including Aadhaar Card (where applicable), PAN Card, Selfie, and any other documents requested by the Company.
• Certain features may remain unavailable until KYC verification is successfully completed.

• Users must maintain the minimum wallet balance or staking balance as required by the Company's current policy.
• All wallet transactions are subject to the Company's operational policies.
• Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming any payment.

• Referral Income, Cashback, Level Income, Rank Bonus, and other incentives are subject to the Company's eligibility criteria and compensation plan.
• Benefits will be credited only after all applicable conditions have been fulfilled.

• Withdrawals will be processed only to a KYC-verified bank account.
• Withdrawal limits, processing timelines, and applicable platform fees shall be governed by the Company's prevailing policies.
• The Company reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for verification, compliance, or security purposes.

• Services such as Recharge, Bill Payments, Travel, BBPS, Gift Cards, and other facilities may be introduced or activated in phases.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or introduce any service without prior notice.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Username, Password, and OTP.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the Company immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submission of fake or forged KYC documents.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or illegal transactions.
• Misuse of the App, Wallet, or Referral Program.
• Violation of any Company policy or applicable law.

• User information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
• Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, policies, compensation plans, services, fees, or operational guidelines at any time.
• Updated Terms will become effective upon publication through the App or the Company's official communication channels.

• The Company shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by technical issues, internet failures, banking systems, third-party service providers, or events beyond its reasonable control.
• The Company does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, or financial return.

• Any dispute arising from the use of the SarthiPAY App shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's internal policies.
• The Company's decision regarding operational matters, policy interpretation, and eligibility shall be final, subject to applicable law.
